Lead Installers are the leader of their install team. You are responsible for instructing your team members and executing a professional install job. You will be working hands on with your crew installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. It is your job to make sure the installation goes smoothly, done properly, safely, and to the high standards of Cool Touch.
We are looking for responsible installers capable of working under minimal supervision to install HVAC equipment, completing all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
