We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Customer Service Rep to provide the necessary support to the field and sales team. In this position you will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers are the first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. In this position the main goal is to book appointments efficiently while attending to the customers inquiries and requests. You are expected to respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments, operate and manage a multi line phone system, supervise the route and status of field technicians to prioritize the daily schedule and maintain and update call and customer records and other important information.
To be successful in this position you will need to multitask in stressful conditions with little supervision, be an excellent communicator, and demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.
