    We offer a full money back guarantee for all unused club plans within 14 days of purchase.
    After 14 days you are no longer eligible for a full refund. Upon cancelation of your Truly Cool Club Plan, you will receive a refund of any unused plan cost minus 20% and any applicable discounts given at time of service with the purchase of a club plan.
